Program of the Year Nomination Form

Talent Market's Program of the Year Award recognizes an established talent development program (5+ years old) with a demonstrated track record of helping people build careers in the liberty movement.

The program must be run by a liberty-advancing 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Nominees must be free-market talent development programs, such as internships, fellowships, clerkships, professional development programs, or similar initiatives, and may serve talent at any career level (junior, mid-career, or senior).

Organizations, and specifically, program coordinators/directors, must nominate their own programs. Outside nominations will not be considered.

The winning program will receive $10,000 in recognition of its exceptional work, with $7,500 designated for the program and $2,500 designated as a bonus for the program coordinator/director. 

Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. The winner will be announced in early December.
