Talent Market's Rookie Program of the Year Award celebrates an emerging talent development program (launched within the last four years) that develops talent for the liberty movement and addresses an important need or expands the talent pipeline. The program must be run by a liberty-advancing 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Nominees must be free-market talent development programs, such as internships, fellowships, clerkships, professional development programs, or similar initiatives, and may serve talent at any career level (junior, mid-career, or senior).
Organizations, and specifically, program coordinators/directors, must nominate their own programs. Outside nominations will not be considered.
The winning program will receive $10,000 in recognition of its exceptional work, with $7,500 designated for the program and $2,500 designated as a bonus for the program coordinator/director.
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. The winner will be announced in early December.
