Secret Weapon Award Nomination Form

Talent Market's Secret Weapon Award celebrates a free-market nonprofit staff member who adds tremendous value to his/her organization and the liberty movement from behind the scenes. The Secret Weapon can be an accounting ace, IT whiz, operations guru, or other talent who makes significant contributions but doesn't get the spotlight. The Secret Weapon must be full-time staff member of a 501(c)3 nonprofit.

The winner will receive $2,500 in recognition of their outstanding contributions.

Please do not submit multiple nominations for the same individual. While we appreciate enthusiasm, multiple submissions for the same person won’t increase his/her chances of winning.

Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. The winner will be notified by May 1 and will be invited to receive the award at America's Future's Annual Gala and Awards Showcase in Washington, DC.
